A seasoned Management Consultant and Expert Trainer with over 32 years of domestic and international consulting and training experience, Ramakrishnan has been the founding member and guiding light for IPA since its inception in 2002. He is also the Chairman of Harisree College – a prominent Womens College based at Thrissur, Kerala, India. The college runs undergraduate and graduate courses like +1, +2 and BA, B.Com of Calicut University. He also serves as the Managing Partner of Stepping Stone Management Consultancy providing Accounting, Finance, Management and ERP solutions with operations in UAE and India. Ramakrishnan is hands-on involved in ensuring excellence in training and delivery at IPA while also continuing to conducts classes for select programs.

Badri, as he likes to be called comes with over 18 years of running successful business in the IT Consulting and ERP space. A Mechanical Engineer by qualification, Badri started his career with Toyota Kirloskar Auto Parts (TKAP – part of Toyota Kirloskar Motor Limited) after being trained hands-on in the Toyota Production System directly under the auspice of Toyota Motor Corporation, Japan. He is a well reckoned name in the SAP ecosystem having served as the CEO for two of the best performing SAP Implementation and Training Partner Companies in India. He has successfully led over 150 SAP implementations mostly in the SME space and few in the large enterprise space. Badri has also been instrumental in securing and managing some marquee accounts for SAP Education in India.
